4. Seeing who are coming?
It may be nice to see who else are coming to the symposium. If you approve, we can include your name on the symposium website at “Who are coming?”. This way, you and others can see which old friends, colleagues, lecturers, students and alumni have already registered. The list will be updated weekly and removed after the symposium. If you prefer not to be mentioned, of course we will not do this. 

5. Thematic sessions
The afternoon programme includes two rounds of thematic breakout sessions. It helps us a lot if you can indicate which topics you are most interested in. On the day of the symposium itself, you are free to choose other sessions than you select now. The final programme may deviate from this list and have some additional sessions.

6. Guided walking tour on campus

During the symposium, you can participate in a guided walking tour on campus (Dutch and English). The tour lasts 90 minutes and coincides with the first round of the thematic sessions, which follow lunch. The additional costs are €5 per person. If you would like to participate in the walking tour, please indicate this below. We have 30 spots available.

9. Photography
During the symposium, a photographer will take pictures. These will be shared with participants afterwards and may be used for promotional purposes by the university (e.g. social media, website). If you object to this, please indicate this below. You will then receive a special name tag, so the organizers and photographer can be aware.

10. Hotel accommodation
We offer no hotel accommodation before or after the symposium. If you like, we can send you a list of hotel options near the university for making your own reservation.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend after registration, we would very much appreciate if you inform us at your earliest convenience. You can do so by replying to the registration confirmation e-mail. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the symposium: we will then refund your payment. If you cancel within 14 days before the symposium or fail to show up, the registration fee will not be refunded.

 

The information that you provide on this form will solely be used for the purpose of this symposium. It will be processed in accordance with all legal requirements and will not be shared with others.
